Each group will make English muffins, home fries, eggs over easy/med/or hard, pancakes, omelet, blueberry muffins and scones.
- Wash hands, put hair back, put on aprons and get into groups.
- Get supplies and decide who is doing what. Mis en place: collect all ingredients and needed equipment before you begin.
- Complete recipes.

- Scone demonstration: Scaling, cutting in butter, separating eggs
- mix and refrigerate scones
- Bake scones
- Blueberry muffin demonstration: creaming butter and sugar; portioning
- Mix and bake blueberry muffins

- Shape, fry, bake English muffins
